About

Built quietly,
by a neighbor.

In a place this beautiful, no one should be dragging a trash bin to the curb in the dark.

Binilia started with one quiet observation. Palmetto Bay is a village of long driveways, mature trees, and three pickup days a week. Three nights a week, somebody is rolling a 96-gallon bin out to the curb — often after dark, often after a long day, sometimes when they really shouldn't be lifting at all.

We come at dusk. We roll the bins to the curb. We come back the next day and put them away. We are quiet, we are quick, and we don't leave a trace — except for one less thing on your list.

We started in Palmetto Bay because we live here, because the neighborhoods are walkable and the people deserve good service, and because trash day is the small recurring chore that adds up. We're for the busy families, the dual-income households, the snowbirds, and the neighbors who just shouldn't have to lift the bin anymore.

We come quietly. We do good work. That's the whole story.

The bigger picture

A South Florida brand.
Palmetto Bay and Pinecrest, today.

Binilia is built to grow with the neighborhoods of South Miami-Dade. We started in Palmetto Bay and Pinecrest — two villages that share long driveways, mature canopies, and a culture of quiet, well-kept homes.

Cutler Bay comes next. Beyond that, the rest of South Miami-Dade. We're not in a hurry. Quietly reliable in one neighborhood first. Then the next.

Values

What we hold to.

Quietly reliable

The best service is the one you forget you have until you remember how much it does.

Dignified

Some of our customers can't lift the bin anymore. We handle that with grace and discretion, never pity.

Bilingual by default

Palmetto Bay is half-Hispanic. We speak both languages on every channel, every time.

Owner-grade

We answer our phone. We show up. The founder still drives a route once a week, and that's by design.

Quietly reliable.
That's the whole thing.
